Patrick R. Miner

Patrick R. Miner practices in the area of local government law with a focus on municipalities and park districts. He represents his clients in day-to-day legal issues, litigation, and as a municipal prosecutor.

As an associate attorney, Patrick’s commitment to his clients is unwavering. He thrives on working closely with them, helping them chart a course for the future, and tackling complex challenges head-on. Whether it’s planning for what lies ahead or finding solutions to intricate problems, Patrick’s passion lies in the difference he can make in the lives of his clients.

Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, Patrick worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County. In that role, he was responsible for supervising the prosecution of hundreds of pending misdemeanor and felony cases, including trying numerous cases to verdict at both bench and jury trials.

From an early age, Patrick’s grandfather, a seasoned attorney, became an enduring role model in his life. The wisdom and dedication of his grandfather left an indelible impression, inspiring him to follow in those illustrious legal footsteps.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Patrick embraces a variety of hobbies. He enjoys a game of golf, and in the winter, he enjoys skiing.  For the times in between, running offers a chance to clear his mind and recharge, drawing parallels to his professional life, where each stride forward brings him closer to his goals.
